AE2 Infinity Cell

Adds an AE2 infinity storage cell for GTNH-era Minecraft 1.7.10 packs. The cell mounts item, fluid, and essentia storage channels in AE2 drives and keeps the actual contents in save-scoped external storage so the item stack stays lightweight.
