Mob Heads

Causes chance for mobs to drop their heads when slain, and adds recipes for certain decorative mob heads. The chance for a head to drop is the same as the chance for a Wither Skull to drop in Vanilla Minecraft, and is affected by the Looting enchantment in the same way.
